1. What we collect
Inquiry details — when you submit an inquiry: your name, email, telephone, country, city, and message, plus the vehicle you asked about. Account details — when you sign in: your email address (we use passwordless magic links; we never store a password). Order details — when you buy: the consignee and shipping information needed to complete export paperwork. Messages — if you contact us on WhatsApp, we see what you send us there.
2. How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, arrange shipping and its paperwork, and keep you updated on your order. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
3. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand site usage — page views and general regions, without cross-site tracking cookies or individual profiles.
4. Where it lives and who sees it
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel). We share information only where needed to serve you: with the listing dealer and shipping / inspection partners to fulfil an order, and with service providers that run our infrastructure. Each sees only what their role requires.
5. Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. To access or delete the information we hold about you, email sales@onsams.com and we'll act on the request promptly.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Changes and contact
