1. Who we are
“onsams.com” is the operating name of a business based in the United Arab Emirates (legal entity details will be updated here upon incorporation). These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases arranged through it.
2. What we do
onsams.com is a marketplace that connects buyers with vehicles held by verified partner dealers. We facilitate listings, quotes, payment coordination, and export shipping to your destination port. Vehicles are supplied by the listing dealer; where that is the case, the sale contract for the vehicle is between you and the dealer, with onsams.com acting as facilitating intermediary.
3. Listings and estimates
We work to keep listings accurate, but specifications, availability, and photographs are provided by dealers and may contain errors. The landed-cost estimator provides estimates only: duty, tax, and fee rates change and vary by destination, and the estimate is not a binding offer. Final, binding pricing is stated in the formal quote / proforma invoice we issue for your order.
4. Orders and payment
An order exists when we issue a proforma invoice and you pay the amounts it states, by the methods it states. A vehicle remains the property of the dealer until paid in full. If a vehicle becomes unavailable after payment (for example, sold locally before stock confirmation), you will be offered a comparable replacement or a full refund of amounts paid for that vehicle.
5. Shipping and delivery
Unless the proforma invoice states otherwise, delivery is to your destination portunder the stated shipping terms. Customs clearance, import duties and taxes at destination, port charges after arrival, and onward inland transport are your responsibility. You are also responsible for confirming that the vehicle complies with your country's import rules (including age limits, steering position, and inspection requirements) — we'll help you check, but the obligation is the importer's.
6. Used vehicles
Vehicles are used and sold in the condition described in the listing and inspection documents. Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, no warranty is given. Where a destination country mandates pre-shipment inspection, the vehicle ships with the required inspection certificate.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an order is limited to the amounts you paid to onsams.com for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by shipping lines, ports, customs authorities, or other events outside our reasonable control.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to access non-public data, no fraudulent inquiries or payments. We may suspend access for misuse.
9. Changes and contact
